LocAll4Flood High level meeting in Pyrenees Mediterranean Euroregion

On 2 April, the Pyrenees Mediterranean Euroregion, partner of the LocAll4Flood project, organised a meeting in Barcelona with the regional directorates responsible for flooding management in its 3 member territories, namely Occitania (France), Catalonia and the Balearic Islands (Spain). The meeting provided an opportunity to share the policies of each region, particularly with regard to the state of application of the Floods Directive.

The LocAll4Flood project was also presented, raising the interest of participants. This was specially the case for the awareness-raising material currently being produced or the possibility of replicating the Integrated Multi-Level Governance Model in new small catchment areas. The prospect of exporting the results of LocAll4Flood sustainable is already taking shape!
