The Black Sea – Danube Association of Research and Development (BDCA) launched the first information event to present the LocAll4Flood project. The event took place on June 21, 2024, in Varna, Bulgaria. It gathered together stakeholders from various institutions within the pilot area “Kamchia-Varna”. BDCA shared important information about the main objectives and activities of the project, as well as on the intention to actively involve all key stakeholders in its implementation. Representatives of the Varna Regional Administration, the Black Sea River Basin Directorate, the National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology, the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences and other organisations took part in the meeting and discussions.
